What is EduFusion?
EduFusion is web-based school management software for schools, colleges and coaching centres in Bangladesh. It keeps admissions, fees, payroll, exams, GPA results, report cards and NCTB question papers in one place, and gives every student a portal for their results and fees.
How much does EduFusion cost?
Plans cost ৳2,499 a month for up to 200 students, or ৳3,999 a month for any number of students. Paying yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Every plan includes every feature. See pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new institute gets 30 days free with every feature, and no payment details are needed to start. Import your students, record fees and try the Question Lab before you pay.
Does EduFusion follow the NCTB curriculum and the GPA 5.00 system?
Yes. Results use grade points from 0 to 5 with the mark ranges you set, and one F makes the overall result F, as on the boards. The Question Lab lists NCTB chapters for Classes 4 to 12, and religion is set up as separate subjects, so each student is graded only in the one they sit.
Can EduFusion make question papers in Bangla?
Yes. Choose Bangla or English, pick the chapters, and the Question Lab drafts up to 50 MCQs and 15 creative (সৃজনশীল) questions per paper. Teachers review and edit them, then download a PDF with the institute's name. How it works.
How do students and parents see results and fees?
Each student logs in to the student portal from any phone or computer and sees their own results with subject marks and GPA, their fee history and their class's study material. When you publish a class's results, students get a push notification, and one tap sends each family their child's full result on WhatsApp.
Can we send WhatsApp messages from our own number?
Yes. The admin links the school's own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, then sends campaigns to a class or to chosen students' families. When results are published, each family also gets their own child's result. Messages go out at a safe pace to protect the number. For families without WhatsApp, you can send SMS too.
Can we import our existing students from Excel?
Yes. Save your Excel sheet as a CSV file, choose the class and session, match its columns to EduFusion's fields, and the students are added in one go. The import history shows the result of every row. Get the free template.
How do we pay for EduFusion?
By bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or bank transfer. You submit the transaction ID from the Billing page, and your plan starts as soon as EduFusion confirms the payment.
Is our school's data kept separate from other schools?
Yes. Every institute's records are kept separate, students can see only their own information, and study files are private rather than public links. How your data stays safe.
Does EduFusion work on mobile phones?
Yes. It runs in the web browser on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers, and students can install their portal on the phone like an app. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Who can use EduFusion?
Schools, colleges and coaching centres in Bangladesh, from a few dozen students to thousands. The Enterprise plan has no limit on the number of students. How to choose school management software.
Can we send SMS to parents?
Yes. In Communication → Phone Message, the admin sends an SMS to chosen students or whole classes, on the student's phone or the father's or mother's. It reaches any mobile phone, with no internet or WhatsApp needed. You buy SMS in packages at ৳0.40 an SMS (100 SMS for ৳40), and every SMS ends with your institute's name.
